How it works

The Slack integration posts a neatly formatted message to a channel of your choice whenever your form receives a submission, so your team is notified in real time.

Step-by-step setup

1. 1Open your form's Integrations tab and choose Slack.
2. 2Authorize FormMaker and pick a workspace.
3. 3Select the channel where notifications should be posted.
4. 4Customize which fields appear in the message.
5. 5Save — your team gets pinged on every new response.
